Useful base for discovering Amman. Attentive staff, always with a smile. Satisfactory breakfast for the start of the day. Early check-in, parking nearby. Excellent and stunning location close to downtown, and 5 minute walk from Grand Husseini Mosque. Also - just off Rainbow Street where there are many bars and nice local shops and many touriait attractions. Pleasant stay, as always.

This hotel is unique in that it has something that most other hotels don't have- character. Very comfortable hotel, with excellent unobtrusive service and amazing location on Rainbow street. If you want to be on the "it" street in Amman, while enjoying a quiet hotel with great views of the city- this is the place to be.
In the evenings parking can be difficult because of all the Rainbow st. Visitors. However, valet parking provided by hotel easily offsets that.

the room is well-equipped and brand-new with many appliances, has free wi-fi. the breakfast is very very good with a great selection of things to eat and drink. the service is friendly, includes easy parking. the staff are attentive and really care about the guests.

Had a really good stay in old downtown Amman. All of the staff were lively and flexible. - the location was very central, just a minute walk from Grand Husseini Mosque. - Conveniently located near a good restaurant, a supermarket, and stores.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Advised us on taxi's and trips. Room a good size and location central.
Only hot water enough for 2 minute shower in our first room. Room needed some minor details seeing to e.g. light fittings hanging out. Breakfast was not good for the price of the hotel - very limited choice and no service.
